Make a clean sweep at the shower with this game! Give each guest a bar of soap, and have them carve a baby out of the bar. The guest who's "sculpture" looks the most like a baby wins a prize.

Guess Her Size

You can play this toilet-paper game one of two ways. You can tell baby shower guests to guess how big around the mommy-to-be is, and measure it by tearing off the amount of toilet paper they think will fit around her waist perfectly. The guest who comes closest wins a prize. Or, you can not tell the guests what the toilet paper will be used for, and just ask them to tear some off the roll. Then have them do the same by wrapping their amount around mommy's waist.
